Excluded Services

The following services are not included and will not be performed as part of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed to in writing:

• Laundry (washing, drying, folding, or ironing clothes)

• Exterior window cleaning

If any of these services are requested, they must be contracted separately and may be subject to additional fees and scheduling.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due prior to the scheduled cleaning date to confirm booking.
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Payments can be made via: Credit/Debit, cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.
Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee after 3 days. Another $5 thereafter until payment is received.

Client Responsibilities

• Client must ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time.

• Valuables and fragile items should be secured or removed.

• Utilities (electricity, water) must be available during services.

Supplies and Equipment

Contractor will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise stated by client.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Contractor reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events.

Satisfaction Guarantee

The Contractor strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with any part of the service, the Contractor must be notified within 24 hours of service completion. The Contractor will return and re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional charge, provided the concerns are within the agreed-upon scope of work.
No refunds will be issued, but every reasonable effort will be made to resolve the issue promptly.

Damage and Liability

Contractor is insured and takes reasonable care during cleaning.
Any damages caused by Contractor must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

Pets and Liability

The Client is responsible for securing and managing all pets on the premises during cleaning services. The Contractor will make reasonable efforts to avoid disturbing pets; however:

- The Contractor shall not be held liable for any injury, escape, or harm to pets during or after the service.

- The Client agrees to notify the Contractor in advance of any pets on-site and disclose any known behavioral concerns (e.g., aggression, anxiety, or allergies).

- The Contractor reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet’s behavior poses a safety risk to personnel.

- Any damage caused by pets to cleaning equipment or supplies is the Client’s responsibility.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. Any prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis, except for non-refundable deposits.

Independent Contractor

Contractor is an independent business and not an employee of the Client. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

Client Confidentiality

The Contractor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information obtained in the course of providing services at the Client’s property. This includes, but is not limited to, personal, financial, or business information, as well as any details observed within the premises.
The Contractor shall not disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose outside the scope of this Agreement unless required by law.

Photo and Media Consent

The Client grants the Contractor permission to take photographs or short video clips of areas cleaned for the purposes of documenting work completed, quality assurance, training, and/or marketing. No identifying personal information of the Client will be disclosed without prior written consent. The Client may revoke media consent in writing at any time, except for records already obtained.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
